It prepares learners for employment as Early Years Educators, equipping them to work independently with children in this age group while also providing knowledge of children aged five to seven.

This course typically takes 12 months to complete, depending on your pace and commitment.
The total qualification time for this course is 620 hours, of which around 220 hours are Zoom sessions, 45 hours are in-person sessions and 420 hours are the internship.
This course is TQUK -accredited and the Montessori component is TQUK-endorsed. All TQUK qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

Entry requirements
This qualification is suitable for learners of 16 years of age and above. There are no specific entry requirements. However, learners should have a minimum of level two in literacy and numeracy or equivalent. Please be aware that learners are required to have attained GCSE grades of A*- C in English and maths (or equivalent from your home country) to obtain Early Years Educator status. Depending on your educational background, a Level 2 Diploma may be required before you can undertake this qualification. This course is suitable for learners with varying levels of English language proficiency.
